About Our EPC Service

Our EPC service covers domestic (tenanted and void) EPCs, commercial EPCs, and retrofit assessments making us a trusted partner for tenants, estate agents, landlords, and housing associations across the UK.
Requirements For Partnership
DBS Certificate: Must hold a valid DBS certificate and submit it to GES prior to starting work.
Elmhurst Energy Accreditation: Must be accredited with Elmhurst Energy and lodge all EPCs through Elmhurst.
Professionalism: Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while working for GES. It is crucial that we maintain the relationship with our customers and represent Green Energy Switch as providing this service.
Proficient in IT: Must be able to efficiently use Excel, as this is used for storing jobs and information.
