I called on to discuss switching my energy supply. The representative was unprofessional, dismissive of my questions, and ended the call before resolving my query. As a company operating in the energy sector, you have a duty under Ofgem’s Standards of Conduct to treat customers fairly and with respect. This experience fell far short. I have nothing but good things to say about LEAP. Upon arrival I was greeted with a kind smile from India, she gave me all types of information and advice which really helped me understand my home. As a new homeowner and a care leaver I’ll always take all information whenever I can and when India didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions or not understanding it really made me feel more confident and comfortable in myself and my home! Thanks to India I’ll be receiving my own clothes airer and dehumidifier, which will really help me in the long run. India visited me today to review my energy tariff and check whether it was the best option for me or if switching would be beneficial. She explained everything clearly, step by step, and made the whole process very easy to understand. She also helped me with choosing white goods and explained how everything works from start to finish. Huge shout out to Drew & Lester. I was having an issue with a key not working on a Electric meter in one of my void properties; I emailed through to Lester and Drew the problem I was having and the following morning they called me to discuss the problem in more detail. After I had explained how urgently we had a family needing to move into this property, I have a new key on the way to the property by the end of the same working day. Clear communication between them, great service and here at Accent we are super happy with the service at all times from GES. Both of them are always happy to support with my East & Yorkshire Region. What a fantastic company Leap is. We had a lovely young lady called India who came out to see us. Very polite and friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person. The lady who came to see me today. She was so lovely to me and very helpful she loved my dog as well. His people at leap do a very good job for helping people out and give you good advice how to keep warm. Like a lot off us we can not afford having the heating on. So the lovely lady is getting me electric blankets to keep me warm cannot wait to receive that because it'll be a lot cheaper than putting the heat in on. Good communication. Assessor came at the agreed time and completed all that was necessary. Shoes covers were put on to protect carpets. EPC report was sent in a timely manner once requested documents were sent over. The one thing I feel could be improved are the visit times to accommodate everyone who works. I had a tricky property to do.  I was told by different companies that I needed special ECPs done that cost a lot of money and time to do.  Contacted Lewis who was a great guy, not as great as me of course, but very good.  Lewis got me a lot of information and also in the end discovered how to get my 3 EPC at the cheap rate.  Then Ken came out to do the inspections, very nice and polite.  Even let me follow him around to learn a bit of what he was doing.  Very knowledgeable and I learned more than I ever wanted to know about ECPs.  I cannot thank them enough, lovely company and very quick also.  Was all done within less than a week even though I needed tricky inspections.  Was told it would take a few months to get what I needed.  If I could give 6 stars, I would want to give 8 still. Really helpful service. The enquiry line was easy to use and knowledgeable and that was consistent throughout to the actual appointment with Rachel who come to our home. We discussed all we needed to ensure our home was insulated well and our bills were all on the best tariff.
