I recently used Green Energy Switch for an EPC and could not fault them. Mike was my contact from the start and throughout the process he was professional and friendly. Ken was the assessor who carried out the EPC check, he explained what he would be doing and you could see he was experienced in this field. I received my EPC the next day which was much appreciated. We used Green Energy Switch to complete our EPC, which had expired. Ken was professional but very friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even gave us some on the spot recommendations to improve our loft isolation. We had just moved into our new home and were looking for ways to save energy and improve our EPC rating. We spoke to a lovely woman called Tamara who was very knowledgeable and guided us on the services they provide. She informed us about the Leap service at Green Energy Switch and the various interventions they can implement to make our home warmer and improve our EPC.
