Meet Our Team

Kelly
Operations Manager

Kelly Docherty

With 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Green Energy Switch. She’s excited to use her expertise to support GES’s vision and help make a real difference in the community. A regular gym-goer with a love for weightlifting, Kelly discovered paddleboarding during lockdown, which quickly became her favourite summer hobby. Although she once wanted to be a police officer and trained as a volunteer PCSO, her career path led her into energy. Fun fact: Kelly has a fear of black cats and driving over railway lines! She loves being part of a team that’s dedicated to supporting people and creating positive change.
Sarah B
Director

Sarah Buttigieg

Sarah is the team captain of the ship here at GES. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and keeping everyone on their toes! Sarah is a football fanatic and a budding chef, lets just say New York has nothing on this girl's cheesecake. If you recognise Sarah, it’s not because she has a familiar face, oh no! She is a mini star as at the age of 11 she appeared on Dick and Dom in the Bungalow. But don’t let this shining star fool you, she loves anything Mafia and she certainly follows in their attitude of jumping in with both feet at the deep end, that anything is possible and loves a good challenge!
John
Finance Manager

John Foster

John has been working with Green Energy Switch since its inception and is our numbers guy who is a whizz with a spreadsheet.

Married to Donna for over 40 years he loves spending time with his 3 children and 5 grandchildren. In his spare time, you’ll find John and his family out exploring in his caravan and enjoying classic car shows.

Emma Deaton
Voids Billing + Home Energy Manager

Emma Deaton

Emma mainly works on voids and our LEAP programme providing support and help to those who need it the most, she is a lifeline to many. When she is not providing help, she is the next Van Gogh in the making, with a love for art she has an independent flair embracing the abstract world. When she’s not preparing a masterpiece, she is traveling the world exploring culture to fuel her unique style. With a love for challenges, she’s a believer in ‘do what scares you’, nothing will stop her from achieving her dreams.
Charlotte - GES
Marketing Executive

Charlotte Stevens

Born and raised in Peterborough, Charlotte is a city girl who enjoys a night out on the town, but she equally cherishes a quiet night in with a movie, snacks, and her cat. Charlotte's hobbies lean towards the creative side, with her favourite pastime being card making. When she gets the chance, she also enjoys playing a tune or two on the keyboard. Charlotte manages the social media for GES and oversees the marketing efforts of the company. Her biggest goal is to get GES TikTok viral!
Drew
Key Account Executive

Drew Kirtland-Blundell

Drew brings 18 years of experience in sales and customer service to the team. His favourite part of the role is connecting with our partners, solving their problems, and making sure they’re getting the absolute most out of our services. A devoted husband of 8 years and proud dad of two little ones, Drew is also a passionate Tottenham fan. When he’s not busy at work or with family, he enjoys playing cricket and creating custom craft items like t-shirts, mugs, and photo screens. Fun fact: Drew has a 6cm titanium rod in his thigh!
Mike Saunders
Key Account Executive

Mike Saunders

Coming from the TV industry, Mike, a South Londoner, has a story or two about celebrity encounters! He possesses a unique sense of humour and loves to make people laugh. He believes he is a product of his upbringing, all thanks to his parents' hardships. His dad, Tommy, used to work on the docks and faced issues when the unions decided to go on strike, which limited their income. His mom, Gina, used to work in a local diner, covering day shifts to bring home her pay. It must have been love. Mike remembers her saying that they had to try to hold on to what they had. She always said that it didn't make a difference if they made it or not. All jokes aside, he is always happy to help and never fails to put a smile on your face.
Lewis Jones
Senior Project Support Officer

Lewis Jones

Lewis is the chatterbox of the team and is responsible for key account management and the go-to guy for EPC’s. A car fanatic and with a passion for helping, Lewis will be your knight in shining armor if your car breaks down. He has a love for food and enjoys cooking, but be warned, he has been known to steal a Jamie Oliver recipe once or twice. Lewis growing up wanted to be a lamppost, but I think it’s safe to say he exceeded all expectations and became a recipe thief and of course a much-loved member of the GES team.
Amanda Lethbridge
Senior Project Support Officer

Amanda Lethbridge

Amanda has a passion for planning and organising, providing a first-class service to her void customers, some may even call her a ninja as she keeps everything tightly in line.
Do you think your good at a game of pool at the pub? Then think again, if you challenge Amanda you will be taking on the Vice-Captain of the Cambridge Ladies County Team. Strategic and efficient by nature, she hates wasting time, that’s why if she had a superpower it would be time travel.
Zoe James
Project Support Officer (Billing)

Zoe James

Zoe is at the heart of GES, with a love for dealing with bills, she gets to chat with all our customers and plays a vital role in everyday tasks. Looking for a gaming partner? Then Zoe is your person! With a love for Animal Crossing and Final Fantasy, she embraces her true nerdy nature. Often called a mother hen, she has a love for crochet, with her daughter being her biggest fan and owning the first-ever masterpiece a Miffy teddy. Growing up she wanted to be the next David Attenborough, watch this space as there is still time yet!
Annmarie
Project Support Officer

Ann-Marie Moreira-Gunter

Ann-Marie is a true South Londoner with an affinity for hitting the dance floor on a Saturday night and an immense passion for cooking (Gordon Ramsey, watch out)! She's married with two kids, and for Ann-Marie, family is everything. As one of five siblings herself, along with numerous nieces and nephews, she proudly says, "Sunday dinners at my place are chaotic, but I wouldn't have it any other way!" With a wealth of experience in customer service, Ann-Marie enjoys a good chat and is always eager to assist; no query is ever too small!
Project Support Officer

Lester Radley

Lester, with a sharp and dry sense of humour, takes delight in sharing laughter with others. Known for crafting elaborate stories, he believes that all animals should bear human names. As a dedicated sports enthusiast, Lester's interests span a wide spectrum, ranging from his passionate support for Sheffield Wednesday in football (for better or worse) to his enthusiastic following of motorsport, cycling, and the NFL. Beyond the confines of our planet, he holds a deep fascination with space and the mysteries of the universe, frequently astounding others with mind-boggling facts, such as the ability to fit every planet in our solar system between Earth and the Moon! With 12 years of experience in Live TV prior, Lester’s dedication to helping others is unwavering, always going above and beyond to assist our partners here at GES.
Project Support Officer

Debbie Strenge

Meet Debbie, an avid knitter, baker, and dog lover! With over 30 years of marriage (“you'd get less for murder”), she's a proud parent of two grown children, a cute sausage dog, and has recently welcomed a new grandson into the family! Debbie's baking skills are legendary, with her lemon drizzle being a staple at any gathering. But her talents don't stop there—she's dabbled in various sports over the years, including a memorable summer spent sailing to the Channel Islands from Ipswich! Debbie has an identical twin, and her mischievous sense of humour has meant she may or may not have pretended to be her a couple of times. She is looking forward to getting stuck in at GES and getting to know the team as time goes on!
Michelle PHOTO
Project Support Officer

Michelle Main

Michelle is our newest recruit all the way from Scotland. She's a firm believer in unicorns and a proud mum to a little boy. As an avid chef, she loves cooking although she'll feign a mushroom allergy to avoid them at all costs! When she's not busy debunking mythical creatures or dodging mushrooms, she loves spending time with her family and occasionally rocking out at gigs with friends. Michelle once signed up to do a 10K run for charity, but once she crossed that finish line, vowed never again to gaslight herself into believing she's a runner. With a background in roles that help and protect people, she is looking forward to assisting all of GES’ partners.
Elka
Project Support Officer

Elka Scott

Introducing Elka. Elka loves walking her energetic 6-month-old puppy and playing badminton with her daughter. Being half Greek, with her father originally from Greece, she spent much of her younger years travelling there by car. This epic journey through several countries took 3 to 4 days each time, so she's no stranger to adventure. She has a few fears, including balloons popping, spiders (if one crawls across her desk, she’s gone), and heights (thankfully, no climbing is required at work). She thrives on challenges and keeping her brain active, enjoying the variety of tasks her role at GES brings. Elka’s the kind of person who likes to run before she can walk, so she’s eager to dive in and learn everything in the world of voids and energy.
Freddie
Project Support Officer

Freddie Warsap

Meet Freddie, a live music enthusiast who loves cooking up a delicious dish and playing tunes on his guitar. Proud dad to an adorable border collie and cat, his perfect day includes a walk with the dog to the pub and watching sports games. He’s a massive Arsenal fan, but also enjoys Cricket and F1. Fun fact: he’s currently being educated by his girlfriend on Malayalam cinema, known as Mollywood. Bringing all that fun and passion to the team, he is proud to be assisting our clients with green solutions, creating a more sustainable world and greener future, all whilst supporting an environmental charity too!
Dan
Project Support Officer

Dan Strevens

Our newest recruit Dan loves reading (at least one book a week) and lives on a plant-based diet. With a passion for country music and an affinity for travel, he spent the last 4 years exploring the world! During that time, he met his now wife, who is French, whilst in Italy. He once hiked the Coronallacs Trail, which circles the entire perimeter of Andorra. The trail is 90 kilometres long, but Dan ended up walking 120 after getting lost and accidentally crossing into France. After all that adventure, he is ready for his next chapter at GES. With over 10 years of customer service experience and a genuine love for helping people, this new role feels extra special. Dan is excited to apply his skills and experience whilst contributing to a greener future.
