- 1,348 energy issues resolved, including meter mix ups, urgent relets and MPAN/MPRN problems
- 2,802 meter exchanges completed and 265 new meter installs arranged
- 141 isolator switch installs coordinated
- 3,074 RTIs, reset keys and cards provided, each with £15 void credit
- £309,793 saved on RTIs by clearing tenant debt
- 1,300+ smart meter top ups issued with £15 void credit
- Over £1.2 million in standing charges cleared for credit meters
- £110,661.48 saved through GES Billing Reviews by ensuring accurate meter readings
- 28,000+ hours saved on supplier calls, equal to £340,000 in staff time
- 4,000+ hours saved on appointment handling, equal to £85,000 in staff time
- Answered over 850 live chats, 36,000+ emails, and 8,175 phone calls

Green Energy Switch (GES) delivers a broad range of energy services across the UK. We specialise in working with social landlords and local authorities. Established in 2006, GES is a subsidiary of environmental charity PECT. We gift-aid any profits to PECT to help fund their vital work. In doing so, we are the lead sponsor of their Forest project.
