What a fantastic company Leap is. We had a lovely young lady called India who came out to see us. Very polite and friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer person. The lady who came to see me today. She was so lovely to me and very helpful she loved my dog as well. His people at leap do a very good job for helping people out and give you good advice how to keep warm. Like a lot off us we can not afford having the heating on. So the lovely lady is getting me electric blankets to keep me warm cannot wait to receive that because it'll be a lot cheaper than putting the heat in on. Really helpful service. The enquiry line was easy to use and knowledgeable and that was consistent throughout to the actual appointment with Rachel who come to our home. We discussed all we needed to ensure our home was insulated well and our bills were all on the best tariff. I had home visit from Leap with Rachel, i must say she was so helpful and answer all the questions i had in my mind for long.I have been  offered white good scheme which i first didn’t believe that i actually can get but i ended up getting an Air fryer which i needed the most ATM. Green energy switch sent out a member from LEAP (local energy advice partnership) to come and check that I had everything in place to help with my energy efficiency, India was incredibly helpful with everything that I needed, she put draft tape on some of my windows for me and heat reflection panels down behind my radiators - completely free of charge, she has also applied for a small appliance (air fryer) for me as the one I had already was too small and getting old, this was also completely free.

I had a visit from India today and she took time to chat with all the help I could get with my gas n electric and also the water as I hv only just moved in.India recommend a company who supports anyone in this even to chat with the companies. India looked at my accounts with the gas n electric to make sure about my Taff's and was I getting the help and about what my bills are at present moment.India also put a light bulb in for me too.India took time to chat n electric plain and just chat about every day stuff.very friendly and caring and I understand what she was telling me.I found the whole process really happy and I hv mental health too .Really happy with India ,such a lovely caring kind hearted person and iam so happy I did this and I get a bran new air fryer too.Thankyou for helping .

Had a LEAP visit from Charlotte and Rachel, cannot recommend enough. Both professional, kind and knowledgeable ladies, made me feel very calm and respected and helped me with my energy bills/ understand the price cap and how to save money! We had just moved into our new home and were looking for ways to save energy and improve our EPC rating. We spoke to a lovely woman called Tamara who was very knowledgeable and guided us on the services they provide. She informed us about the Leap service at Green Energy Switch and the various interventions they can implement to make our home warmer and improve our EPC. The home visit was really helpful and the advisor was very efficient. Things were implemented quickly and made noticeable difference.
